geometric play
Drawing technique and paper size: graphite and colored pencils, 50x70 cm
Objective and short description: In this drawing, I explored the transformation of simple geometric solids into sculptural forms through the interplay of curves, voids, and material contrasts. Starting from a cubic structure, I carved intersecting cylindrical and curved surfaces to reveal dynamic spatial relationships between mass and emptiness. Through this study, I aimed to express how geometry can transition from rigid order to expressive form, balancing structure and fluidity within a single composition.
